Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Analyst will support the Insights, Reporting, and Tooling function within the ETS COO organization. This role is integral in delivering timely and actionable business insights across financials, workforce planning, and project portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role also involves supporting governance documentation, Jira board organization, and cross-functional collaboration with product owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage large data sets to generate business insights and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
• Calendarize and coordinate regular reporting cycles for Financial, Workforce, and Portfolio data streams.
