Key Responsibilities
BAU Delivery
Working to ensure the delivery of Operational Reporting. This may be manual or as part of a wider automated analytics platform.
Working with the OR Business Partner team to ensure the roll out of key standardization and cohesion across the group.
Be aware and able to assist with the full end to end process of delivery, from Sales, Implementation, BAU and Exit.
Work with the team lead to develop analytical capabilities of the team. Be the SME and main escalation point in region. Data Quality
Responsible for identifying data issues and working with the MR and Operational Teams to highlight and monitor data quality.
Project Support
As required, work as an SME in region to assist with the development and delivery of Team projects promoting OneSource as best practice
