I have 3 x interactive forms that I need creating. 2 of the forms are already made, but they require design work to have them match exactly an older version. 1 form is in draft mode and needs to be created from scratch. I have provide the example form that needs to be matched exactly (in terms of spacing, layout, font need this done pretty quickly.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Adobe InDesign, Layout Design, interactive form, Adobe Acrobat
