Job Description

We're recruiting for an experienced Director, Facilities & Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for a growing warehousing and distribution organization. Reporting to the Vice President, you'll oversee facility operations, preventative maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and asset reliability.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with OHSA, TSSA, CFIA, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Lead emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the maintenance team.
