Repairs Scheduler 3 months+ £14.50 PAYE per hour OR £19 Umbrella Padiham, Lancashire We are currently working on behalf of a subcontractor that is recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler on an initial 3 month contract. The role will be supporting the property services team with electrical compliance work. The role will require 5 days a week in their Padiham offices. Responsibilities of the Repairs Scheduler includes: Planning and scheduling electrical compliance works, including EICRs, remedial works, and follow-on repairs. Allocating jobs to contractors and engineers Managing diaries and appointments to maximise productivity and minimise missed visits. Rescheduling appointments as required to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
