Repairs Scheduler

We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a repairs scheduler on a long-term contract basis. 

-Act as first point of contact for customers reporting repairs

-Understanding the repair to enable to book in the correct trades

-Booking in operatives to undertake repairs on CRM system

-Provision of an outstanding level of customer service

Offering a long-term contract of up to 6 months, opportunities for hybrid working after training and gaining competency in the role. Competitive rates of pay and potential opportunities for temp to perm.
