    • We have an exciting internal opportunity to become the next Repair Centre Manager at Carrum Downs.

    As a proven leader within the Automotive Industry, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage and motivate the production team.

    Role responsibilities

  • Organise team and workflow through production.
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frames.
  • Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
  • Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA.
  • Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders .
