Repair and Rehabilitation Manager - Baltimore, MD

As a Repair and Rehabilitation Manager, you’ll join our Operations, Maintenance, and Facility Services (OMFS) team supporting biosolids operations at the Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role is distinct from the Maintenance Manager function, focusing specifically on the identification, development, and execution of non-routine, medium- and large-scale repair work that falls outside of standard preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

You will operate in a field-driven, superintendent-style role, leading the execution of complex repairs and rehabilitation efforts to restore asset condition, improve reliability, and address emerging risks to plant operations.
