Position will be offered as full time permanent position with very attractive salary on offer for the right candidate. Overview The Repairs Administrator will play a key role in linking the Repairs team with the Service team, ensuring a high standard of service to our clients Job Specification Monitor and maintain repairs logged on database, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date Track job progress, updating statuses and clients Provide general administrative support to the Repairs team, including photocopying, scanning, managing correspondence, and liaising with engineers Assist the Repairs Supervisor with day-to-day operations to ensure workloads are complete, supplier issues are resolved, and clients are updated Liaise with scheduling personnel to ensure repairs are allocated and scheduled efficiently Assist the Purchasing Coordinator with system updates, al...
