Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex customer orders and providing comprehensive support to field sales, manufacturing plants, and external customers.
This role requires a strong customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.Role ResponsibilitiesProcess complex and technical customer orders, including order changes and updates on time.Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure accurate execution.Manage orders in high‐complexity environments (multi‐country, multi‐currency, multi‐language).
