Role Overview

As a Rentals Consultant you will help clients find their ideal property while managing rental opportunities from enquiry through to move‑in.


Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective tenants and landlords
  • Qualify enquiries and match clients with suitable properties
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage your pipeline and follow‑ups
  • Negotiate rental agreements
  • Support the rental process from initial enquiry through to completion
