First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Rental Agent on behalf of one of our clients.


This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the continuing success and growth of the Heathrow location and surrounding areas ensuring a first-class service to all customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers. Ensure customer expectations are managed proactively.

  • Complete standard processes efficiently.

  • Deal with customers face to face to deliver good service and develop repeat business.

  • Investigate customer problems, queries (escalating as appropriate) and take actions to achieve a successful outcome.
