The role

• Be responsible for leadership and day-to-day line management of the Senior Housing Income Officer, Housing Income Officer and Housing Income Advisor.
• Support the Housing Income Manager in ensuring that the Rent Officers, and Housing Income Assistant are delivering the requirements of their roles as set out in the Job Description and Person Specification and that monitoring, and management of individuals performance is clear, transparent, and consistent.
