Renovation Team Lead

Westcorp is seeking a Suite Renovation Team Lead. The ideal candidate is a working carpenter who leads by example on the tools. This role performs the full scope of renovation and carpentry tasks while guiding crew members to maintain quality and meet timelines. The Team Lead works directly alongside the renovation team every day and is fully involved in hands-on construction work.

This position provides light, on-site oversight of contractors, including noting no-shows and identifying workmanship concerns, with any issues communicated to the Sr. Regional Property Manager. Responsibility for scheduling, coordination, and overall contractor management remains with the management team.

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys taking the lead while remaining fully engaged in the physical work of suite renovations.
