Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze installed base and subscription data to determine renewals
  • Prepare pricing quotations using standard pricing templates
  • Cross-check against prior quotes and contract terms for accuracy
  • Liaise with Field Sales to adjust quotes based on customer feedback
  • Respond to channel partner queries about pricing or quotation details
  • Escalate exceptions or non-standard cases to senior team or HQ
  • Create IT tickets to resolve system, licensing and user issues
  • Assist with post-sale admin tasks and customer data updates
  • Support team documentation and contribute to process improvement

Qualifications

  • 6 mos-2 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, customer services or similar roles
  • Strong Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data entry accuracy, basic automation)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
