Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Taguig (5 days onsite in a week)

Shift: Morning / Mid day shift

Salary: 80000 PHP/month



Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience in Renewals management
  • Direct experience in Renewals Customer Success, inside sales, account management


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reaching out to customers to discuss renewal opportunities and address any concerns or queries
  • Providing personalized support and solutions to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products or services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
