Renewals Engineer

We’re looking for a Renewals Engineer to join our IDC Waikato team. This is a hands‑on role that blends planning, coordination and field delivery, with roughly 30% office‑based work and 70% out in the field. You’ll work closely with the Renewals Manager and operational teams to plan, schedule and deliver maintenance and renewals activities that are safe, efficient and high quality. It’s a role for someone who likes variety, backs themselves to solve problems, and wants to do Good Work that keeps our network moving. You’ll be trusted to build strong working relationships, keep programmes on track, and help lift performance across safety, quality, productivity and delivery.
