The Renewal Specialist – Product-Led Growth (PLG) plays a key role in driving customer retention and expansion across our high‑velocity PLG motion. In this role, you will engage with existing customers to renew subscriptions, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver concise, value‑focused product demos. Ideal for individuals with SDR or customer‑facing experience, this position requires strong communication skills, comfort in a fast‑paced environment, and the ability to articulate value quickly and clearly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high‑volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month, ensuring timely outreach, follow‑up, and completion.

  • Engage customers via email, phone, and video to drive renewals and identify add‑on or expansion opportunities.
