Job Description
The Advisor II, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/service as well as providing basic customer service support.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & set the foundation for a long term Microsoft relationship
- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and a revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
