People and Culture Division

The Division of People and Culture invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.

Main Objectives

To work closely with the Total Rewards Manager and Wellness Officer concerning staff budgets, remuneration, benefits, and wellness‑related matters. Also required to scope reports and write reports that interpret and provide an analysis of the data.

The Requirements

A relevant B. Degree at NQF level 7 (either HR or Finance and/or a Degree with HR and Accounting) with approximately 3 years’ relevant experience, where such experience includes:

• Previous remuneration and benefits administrative experience, including the provision of large volumes of remuneration data, where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail was required
