Job Description: Remote Website Developer

Type: Part-time (30–50 hours per month)
Work Setup: Fully Remote — employee monitoring app required

We're looking for a Website Developer who can build, maintain, and improve WordPress websites that look great, load fast, and rank well on Google. You'll work on site structure, performance, SEO setup, and day-to-day website enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites (themes, pages, plugins, integrations).
  • Build pages and layouts using Elementor and Oxygen Builder (and ensure consistency across devices).
  • Optimize websites for SEO (on-page basics, meta titles/descriptions, keywords, internal linking, schema where relevant).
  • Improve site speed and performance (image optimization, caching, Core Web Vitals basics).
  • Ensure strong mobile + desktop UX (responsive layout, accessibility-friendly patterns).
