About the Role

A U.S.-based growth marketing agency is looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes UGC-style paid social content. You'll be editing videos that look native to TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube—but are strategically built to convert.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity with flexible hours and async collaboration, perfect for someone based in Latin America who's excited to edit thumb-stopping content for DTC brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and more.

You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team—including the founder—to turn raw footage into high-performing ads that don't feel like ads.

You'll transform concepts and footage into polished, effective videos that help brands grow.
