Scalepex is seeking a UX Researcher in Mexico to uncover user needs and inform product design. You will plan and execute studies, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers, work in a nearshore environment serving global brands, and stay current with methods and tools to drive user-centered decisions.
