• Find and shortlist high-quality Upwork projects aligned with our dev/IT services
• Analyze job posts and summarize key requirements + recommended approach
• Craft custom, technically sound proposals using our portfolio and past wins
• Maintain communication with prospective clients and qualify leads
• Track bidding activity (Shortlisted / Drafted / Sent / Replied / Won)
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes
