Remote Tier 3 Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Tier 3 Technician to join a growing managed IT services team. This role serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams. What you’ll do
Advanced technical support & escalation
Act as the final escalation point for technical support issues across client environments.
Server & systems administration
Troubleshoot, maintain, and administer:
- Windows Server environments (2012 R2 and newer)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
