We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to assist with software and hardware issues remotely. You will be responsible for responding to support tickets, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. US-based candidates preferred for time zone alignment. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
