Technical Support & Automation VA
with strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, you will help
transform our support function into an AI-powered, scalable operation

You will handle day-to-day technical support while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve response times, and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 10 support tickets per day
  • Work daily within HubSpot (ticketing, CRM, and documentation)
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions
  • Document recurring issues, fixes, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to automate support responses and workflows
  • Build and manage email automations for common support cases
