Supermetrics is reinventing how people partnering works. Senior People Partners are embedded across cross-functional Pods, supporting leaders with organisational psychology and employment law knowledge to build healthy, high-performing teams.

In this role you will lead Talent Talks, support People Reviews, analyse data, guide restructures, coach on performance and PIPs, and collaborate with TA to align headcount with strategy, while embedding AI best practices across the function.
