Job Description

EarnIn is seeking an experienced staff engineer to strengthen our Identity backend, building scalable, secure authentication services for our growing consumer and enterprise ecosystem. You'll own design through launch, mentor peers, and collaborate cross‑functionally, using agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling to move fast while maintaining platform integrity.

This is a remote role with optional hybrid from Mexico City.
