Job Description

  • Develop end-user documentation (user guides, quick reference guides, SOPs) aligned to Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service)

  • Design and build instructor-led and eLearning courseware, including presentations, exercises, and assessments

  • Translate complex system workflows into simple, user-friendly content tailored to diverse audiences

  • Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, and project teams to validate content accuracy

  • Support UAT, training delivery, and post-go-live adoption activities

  • Maintain and update documentation as system enhancements are released



  • What you must have:

  • 5+ years creating training and documentation for enterprise systems, ideally Dynamics 365

  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM processes and user adoption best practices
