YO IT Consulting is seeking a Spanish AI Trainer for a remote contract role. You will help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality Spanish language input that shapes model learning and performance.

We value a BA/MA in Spanish or related fields, native Spanish with strong English, 3+ years in language workflows, and experience coordinating remote teams via Discord, Google Docs, Sheets, and dashboards. You will maintain style guides and QA rubrics for Spanish variants.
