Job Description

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mérida for a hands-on, remote hourly contract role. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, shaping how AI coding assistants understand and reason about software. Expect 10–40 hours per week with fully remote scheduling.

You will work across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, and TypeScript, applying solid CS fundamentals to review outputs, identify issues, and provide clear feedback to improve AI systems.
