Remote Shopify Ops Lead - End-to-End E-Commerce

HireHawk is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day Shopify store operations end-to-end. This remote, high-ownership role reports to the leadership team and focuses on optimizing the order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will manage a small remote/offshore team, implement scalable processes, and work closely with founders to grow a $3M+ revenue brand.
