TalentPop App is hiring a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent (Remote). You will respond to customers via chat, email, or phone, assist with product information, order tracking, returns, and account issues, and use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets. We value English communication, empathy, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple conversations independently.
At least 1 year of online customer service experience is preferred. Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify experience is a plus.
