CommandLink, located in Argentina, Buenos Aires, Garín, is seeking a Service Desk Incident Coordinator to provide centralized coordination for service incidents and support cases. This remote position is critical in ensuring that all incidents are triaged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
As part of the Managed Services organization, your role will include monitoring incoming incidents and maintaining service flow while communicating effectively across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong incident management experience and excellent organizational skills.
