Gramian Consultancy is seeking Senior Software Engineers with backend, architecture, and complex codebase experience. You will design realistic coding tasks, tackle debugging challenges, and contribute high-quality code and technical reasoning used to train AI systems.

This contractor role is remote with hourly/part-time commitment, offering $100–$230 per hour. You must provide publicly available work samples such as GitHub, PR requests, open-source contributions, or technical articles.
