Insight Assurance is expanding its GTM team. We’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of AEs while carrying a personal quota. This player/coach role reports to the CRO and directly influences how we scale revenue across US and international markets.

You will own coaching, pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and performance, build onboarding plans, and partner with marketing to align on lead quality and forecasting in HubSpot.
