Job Description

Xideral is seeking Experienced L3 Production Support Engineers for remote projects based in Guadalajara and Mexico City. Candidates should have at least 3 years of L3 production support experience and be adept at resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analyses.

You will support Java applications, run RCAs, implement code fixes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams using SQL, Splunk, Git, ServiceNow and AWS.
