Job Description

Blossom is seeking a Scrum Master to join a growing team and drive Agile practices across product teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and support team health and performance while aligning with stakeholders.

Strong communication, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential in this role. We value experience with Jira, Excel, and Figma, and require at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM.
