Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure purposeful and time-boxed meetings that drive clear outcomes
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Proactively identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics to drive discussions and improvement initiatives
