Job Description

Compass Working Capital seeks a Program Associate, Data and Technology to serve as the day-to-day Salesforce Administrator for Financial Coaches and other team members. You will train users, manage data input, and build reports and dashboards to reveal insights for staff and partners.

Reporting to the Data and Technology Manager, you will help develop new Salesforce features, ensure data integrity, and support efficient operations across the organization while learning something new every day.
