TalentPop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences for its remote e-commerce brands. You will handle real-time support via chat, email, SMS, and phone, assist in purchase decisions, and identify upsell opportunities.

Working remotely, you will update CRM tools, process orders including shipping and returns, reflect each brand's tone, and collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals.
