TalentPop App is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat who delivers world-class written support while identifying revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and retention. This is a fully remote, non-voice role focused on written communication.

You will handle email and live chat inquiries, resolve product and order concerns, contribute to retention, and educate customers on premium features.
