A leading tech company is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles. You will build strong talent pipelines and drive hiring success in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse. This is a remote position with working hours from 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
