Job Description

Roofs in a Box is seeking a Sales Manager (Sales Administrator) for a U.S.-based roofing company. This is a remote operations leadership role designed for someone who is structured, responsive, highly organized, and passionate about supporting high-performance sales teams.

You won’t be the loudest voice in the room—but the clearest, calmest, and most effective in driving results, optimizing workflows, and supporting reps behind the scenes. This role is all about managing the engine that powers sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management (Top Priority)

  • Respond rapidly to inbound sales leads (goal: under 5-minute response time).
  • Distribute and reassign leads in real time based on geography, availability, and rep performance.
  • Monitor lead activity, pipeline movement, and follow-up consistency.
