Medium is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding process for clients using PetDesk's communication software. This 100% remote role requires excellent customer service skills and a background in software implementation. You will work collaboratively with clients to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation, training clients, and managing technical issues during onboarding, alongside maintaining detailed documentation and reports.

This position offers a compensation of $1,920 per month.
