Job Title: Remote Roofing Estimator

Permanent Dayshift, WFH

Rate: 10AUD/hour (negotiable to the right candidate)

Key Tasks:

  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for commercial/industrial metal roofing projects.
  • Prepare detailed pricing estimates and quotations based on plans and specifications.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Ensure high accuracy and completeness of all estimates and submissions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to clarify scope and requirements.
  • Support project team in securing work and preparing tender submissions
  • Maintain organized documentation and tracking of estimates and bids
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes
