Spoke is seeking an Operations and Recruiting Coordinator to own the day-to-day candidate experience and scale our next generation of appraisal talent. This remote, part-time contract role will manage the full coordination workflow from application to onboarding, partnering with the Director of People to run two major hiring waves yearly.
