The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a Virtual Assistant Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring as an independent contractor. This remote role provides a flexible schedule and focus on candidate processing speed and experience.

You will screen resumes, advance qualified candidates, and maintain timely movement through the hiring pipeline while communicating with candidates across channels. Preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers.
