BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead staffing projects, both short- and long-term. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail.

You will execute staffing strategies, collaborate across departments, present candidates to clients and leads, and help improve recruiting processes while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible scheduling.
